So your Maxview monitor is having charging issues.
This could include:
- Noticing the charging icon stays red.
- Your parent unit looses power quicker than standard operations.
- Your parent unit is not responding to the power adapter being inserted.
Finding the quickest solution is what you need most...
- Switch between the power adapters of the Babysense camera and parent units.
- If that solves the issue, then the problem is with the power adapter.
- If the issue persists, disconnect the cameras and parent unit from the power adapters, try to reset the monitor by inserting a sharp pin into the reset hole at the back of the parent unit (underneath the antenna).
