I am having trouble with charging my Babysense Maxview monitor!

So your Maxview monitor is having charging issues.

This could include:

  1. Noticing the charging icon stays red.
  2. Your parent unit looses power quicker than standard operations.
  3. Your parent unit is not responding to the power adapter being inserted.

Finding the quickest solution is what you need most...

  • Switch between the power adapters of the Babysense camera and parent units.
  • If that solves the issue, then the problem is with the power adapter.
  • If the issue persists, disconnect the cameras and parent unit from the power adapters, try to reset the monitor by inserting a sharp pin into the reset hole at the back of the parent unit (underneath the antenna).
