My Babysense Maxview parent unit won’t turn on!

All you want to do is turn on your Babysense split screen monitor but your parent unit is not responding...

Start by noticing if you can see any lights on the parent unit, indicating charging is happening.

Finding a clear and simple solution is all you need.

Try the following:

  • Switch between the power adapters of the Babysense Maxview cameras and parent unit and let the parent unit charge for a while before trying to turn it back on.
  • If this solves the issue, then the problem is with the power adapter.
  • If not, press and hold the power button for 5 seconds to allow the monitor to power on.
  • If the issue persists, disconnect the cameras and parent unit from the power adapters, try to reset the monitor by inserting a sharp pin into the reset hole at the back of the parent unit (underneath the antenna) for 10 seconds.

If you are still unsuccessful, let our Babysense Support Team know.
