- Please make sure the cameras are properly connected to the power source.
- Please ensure the cameras power switch, at the back of the camera is in the ON position.
- Please make sure the volume on the parent unit is set to high (by pressing Volume Up Key) when on the selected camera
- Reset the monitor by inserting a sharp pin into the reset hole at the back of the parent unit (underneath the kickstand) and hold for 10 seconds.
