Finding a clear and simple solution is all you need.
Try the following:
- It could be that the Babysense power adapter is not working properly and thus hasn’t charged. Note: It takes approximately 8 hours for the battery to fully charge.
- Switch between the power adapters of the Maxview camera and parent units.
- If that solves the issue, then the problem is with the power adapter.
- If the issue persists, disconnect the cameras and parent unit from the power adapters, try to reset the monitor by inserting a sharp pin into the reset hole at the back of the parent unit (underneath the antenna).
