For a general issue, try the following:
- If you have more than 1 Babysense Maxview camera, please try to switch power adapters between the cameras to see if it’s a power issue.
- Please also try to switch the camera’s physical position and location within your house to test any environmental effects.
- Please delete the cameras and re-pair them in opposite positions.
