My Babysense Connect's hub will not connect? What must I do?

The Hub connects to your home WiFI Network and supports the connection of your mobile application to the Babysense device. Whilst connected, it provides you with remote access to your Babysense device from inside and outside the house.

  • Exit and re-enter the app.
  • On the cellular device turn Bluetooth off and then back on.
  • Enable and then disable Airplane Mode on the cellular device.
  • If the above steps did not work – disconnect the hub and wait 10 seonds and then reconnect the hub to its power adapter. Wait 2 minutes and then re-pair Cellular Device and Hub.

NOTE: When pairing the Hub from the Babysense Connect please place your mobile phone on the Hub – they need to be in contact.
