My Babysense Camera is reading LL or HH and beeping?

We want to help you monitor the nuresry temperature so that your baby can sleep comfotably and you can rest easy knowing the temperature is right.

The monitor will sound a beeping alert should the temperature drop below or exceed the levels you have set.

NOTE: You can turn this alarm notification off, but this will turn it off for "out of range" and "low battery" notifications too.

If your monitor is reading LL or HH and the temperature in the room is not too low or high please could you:

1. Ensure that the camera is placed in a well ventilated are and that the antenna is extended as far from the camera body as possible.

2.. Please delete the camera from the monitor (go to the menu, select the camera icon, choose camera 1 and then delete. Repeat the same for camera 2 if necessary)

3. Please disconnect the camera and parent unit from the power adapters

3. Please reset the parent unit: press and hold for 10 seconds the “RESET” button at the back of the parent unit. It is located under the kickstand. Please use any sharp object to do so. This should reset the unit.

5. In some cases, the power adapter may cause such issues. Please switch between the power adapters of the camera and parent unit. Please charge the parent unit for a short while (it takes approximately 8hrs to fully charge). Kindly let us know if this had any effect or if the problem persists.

6. Please re-pair the cameras (you can refer to the pairing instructions below). Please ensure the power switch on the back of the camera is in the ON position.

Pairing instructions:

NOTE: Before you begin pairing, make sure to have the Baby and Parent Units side by side and turned ON.

1. Access the menu, choose the camera icon and press ok.

2. Navigate to select the camera you want to pair and press ok. Please press and hold the pair button down until the connection is established.
