My Babysense HDS2 Split-Screen Monitor's parent unit dies after I disconnect it from power source

  • It could be that the power adapter is not working properly and thus hasn’t charged. It could take up to 8 hours for the battery to fully charge.
  • Switch between the power adapters of the camera and parent units.
  • If that solves the issue, then the problem is with the power adapter.
  • If the issue persists, disconnect the cameras and parent unit from the power adapters, try to reset the monitor by inserting a sharp pin into the reset hole at the back of the parent unit (underneath the kickstand).
