Babysense Connect Hub Not Connecting

The Babysense Connect Hub connects to your 2.4GHz Wi-Fi, enabling remote access to your Babysense device via the mobile app.

If you’re having trouble connecting, try these steps:

1. Check Hub Power and Wi-Fi

  • Confirm the Hub is powered (red LED is on).
  • Ensure your Wi-Fi network is 2.4GHz (not 5GHz) and within range.

2. Refresh the App and Bluetooth

  • Close and reopen the app.
  • Make sure Bluetooth is on; toggle it off and on.
  • Toggle Airplane Mode on, then off.

3. Reconnect the Hub

  • Unplug the Hub for 10 seconds, then plug it back in. After 2 minutes, re-pair with your phone.
  • If needed, reset the Hub by holding the power button for 15 seconds.

4. Pairing Tip

  • For pairing, place your phone directly on the Hub.

5. Other Tips

  • Restart your Wi-Fi router.
  • Make sure battery-saving modes aren’t limiting Bluetooth/Wi-Fi.
