What Are the WiFi Network Requirements for My Babysense See+ Camera?

To ensure optimal performance, your home WiFi must be a 2.4GHz network, as our Smart Nursery products do not support 5GHz connections.

Important Tips to Remember:

  1. WiFi Name and Password Length: If you're connecting the Babysense See Camera manually, ensure that the combined WiFi name and password are no more than 27 characters long. They should not exceed 28 characters.

  2. Correct WiFi Name and Password: Double-check that both your WiFi name and password are correct. Additionally, they must not contain any of the following four symbols, as they are not supported:

    • $

    • \

    • "

    • `

  3. Camera Pairing Mode: Ensure that the camera is in pairing mode, indicated by a red flashing LED.

  4. Internet Access: Confirm that your WiFi network has an active internet connection.

  5. Same Network Connection: Make sure your mobile device is connected to the same WiFi network as the camera and app.
