Overview
Resolve issues when your Prisma camera and parent unit will not pair or lose their pairing.
Symptom
- Parent unit does not detect the camera.
- Parent unit displays "No Signal" after pairing.
- Pairing starts but does not complete.
Possible Causes
- Baby unit not powered on.
- Units too far apart during pairing.
- Camera already paired to a different channel.
- PAIR button not held long enough.
Troubleshooting Steps
Step 1: Verify both units are powered on
Check camera ON/OFF switch and green LED. Confirm parent unit screen is active.
Step 2: Place units side by side
Keep within 1–2 feet during pairing.
Step 3: Re-attempt pairing
MENU → Camera → select channel → PAIR → hold PAIR button on camera.
Step 4: Delete existing pairing and retry
Camera → DELETE, then pair again.
Step 5: Restart both units
Power-cycle the camera (unplug 5 sec). Turn parent unit off and back on.
Step 6: Try a different channel
Attempt a different channel number (1–4).
