TWO or more cameras

 

ONE camera

A. Quick Check
Please try changing between the location of the camera/s and the parent unit (monitor).
If you still encounter the problem, please move to step B.
 

B. Reset the Parent Unit

1. Disconnect the Camera and Parent Unit (monitor) from their power adaptors.
2. Insert a sharp pin into the reset hole at the back of the parent unit (monitor), and hold it for 10 seconds. It is located underneath the kickstand.
3. Ensure your antenna is raised.

If you still encounter the problem, please move to step C.

 

C. Switch Adaptors

1. Switch between the power adapters of the Camera and Parent Unit (monitor).
2. Let the parent unit (monitor) charge for a while before turning it back on.

 

TWO or more cameras

A. Quick Check

1. The issue you are experiencing could be caused by interference with

other 2.4GHz devices.

2. Keep such devices at least 5 feet away from the monitor.
3. Please try changing between the location of the camera/s and the parent unit (monitor).

If you still encounter the problem, please move to step B.
