Babysense HDS2 PAIRING issues

A. Quick Check
Avoid 2.4GHz devices such as your mobile phone, portable computer, other cameras, which are connected to home Wi-fi network at least 5 feet away.
If you still encounter the problem, please move to step B.

 

B. Delete Paired Camera

1. Access your menu.
2. Navigate to select the camera/s you want to delete.

If you still encounter the problem, please move to step C.

 

C. Reset the Parent Unit

1. Disconnect the Camera and Parent Unit (monitor) from their power adaptors.
2. Insert a sharp pin into the reset hole at the back of the parent unit (monitor), and hold it for 10 seconds. It is located underneath the kickstand.
3. Ensure your antenna is raised.

If you still encounter the problem, please move to step D.

 

D. Switch Adaptors

1. Switch between the power adapters of the Camera and Parent Unit (monitor).
2. Let the parent unit (monitor) charge for a while before turning it back on.
