If the purchase was made on one of our Babysense Websites or official Amazon stores, Yes — absolutely.

What’s required?

  • The product’s serial number
  • The date you received the gift
  • A screenshot of the gift order.
  • The selection of the "Received as a gift" option during registration

How to Register a Gifted Product

Follow these steps to register your gifted monitor:

  1. Go to the Babysense Warranty Registration Page
  2. Enter your details.
  3. Upload any necessary proof from your registry.

Where to Find the Serial Number

To register your gifted monitor, you’ll need the serial number. You can find this:

  • On the back or underside of the parent unit (screen unit)
  • Underneath the baby unit (camera)

It will usually be indicated as follows: S/N: XXX XXXX


When Should I Register a Gift?

As soon as you receive the product! The sooner you register, the sooner your warranty is activated — and the longer you’re protected.

Even if some time has passed, it’s not too late to register as long as the product is still within the 1-year window from the date you received it.


 Already Registered?

If the person who gave you the gift already registered the product:

  • The warranty will still be valid but registered under their information.
  • You can still contact support and receive assistance under the product’s serial number.
  • If you'd prefer to manage the warranty yourself, contact our support team and we’ll help transfer registration (if eligible).

 Need to File a Claim for a Gifted Monitor?

  • The approximate date you received the gift
