My SEE Camera is locked

When connecting to the camera and you receive a message that the camera is locked it is due to 1 of the following 2 reasons:

1. The camera is locked from a security persepective and needs to be unlocked by the Customer Support Technical Team

2. Your partner has connected to the camera and you are now trying to connect. The camera will appear locked to you as you cannot connect in the same way. The partner who connected first needs to share the nursery with you so that you too can access and view the camera.

 

To share your Smart Nursery. No problem. Access the app menu and click on Manage users and then the  sign. This will take you to the next screen where you can allow the guest to scan the QR code (if they are with you) or share access with them via the QR Code link (if they are not with you).

They will be prompted to sign-in and can follow the steps from there.
