I am getting a message to reformat my SD Card.

Should you receive the message that something has gone wrong with your SD Card please format the card through the application by following the steps below:

  1. Approve the format option.
  2. The formatting process takes approximately 2 minutes.
  3. Once completed, if the formatting is successful, recordings are available through the Past Recording option

If the formatting fails, please note that currently, the SD card isn't necessary for the monitor to function smoothly. Our suggestion is to remove it, which should resolve the error message you're encountering.

Please contact our customer service team, so a new SD card can be sent to you. 

*The camera will still work, but there won't be an option to record or use past recordings, until a new SD card would be inserted.
