The issue you're encountering with the pairing of the Babysense SEE Wi-Fi Camera could be due to several reasons:
- Wi-Fi name and password together are 28 characters or more (if trying to connect manually).
- Incorrect Wi-Fi name or password - or it contains one or more of the following 4 symbols: $ \ " ` which are not supported.
- Low strength Wi-Fi signal.
- Camera not beeping and/or not in pairing mode (you should see a flashing Red LED).
- No internet access on the provided network.
- Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are turned off.
- Wi-Fi network is not 2.4GHz.
Please ensure that your mobile device is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as the app (and camera).
