Your Babysense MaxView Pro comes with the camera(s) already paired to the parent unit, so you can start using your monitor right out of the box. In most cases, you will only need to pair a camera if you've purchased an additional camera, replaced a camera, or the connection between the camera and parent unit has been lost.
When should I pair a camera?
You may need to pair a camera if:
- You've purchased an additional camera.
- You've received a replacement camera.
- A camera is no longer connecting to the parent unit.
- You have manually unpaired a camera.
How to Pair a Camera
- Turn on the parent unit.
- Plug in and power on the camera you want to pair.
- On the parent unit, open the Menu.
- Navigate to Camera Settings > Pair Camera.
- Select the camera channel you want to pair (Camera 1, 2, 3, or 4).
- Confirm the pairing process.
- Wait a few moments while the parent unit searches for the camera. Once pairing is successful, the live camera feed will appear on the screen.
Tip: Keep the camera close to the parent unit during pairing for the best results.
How to Unpair a Camera
- Turn on the parent unit.
- Open the Menu.
- Go to Camera Settings.
- Select the camera you want to remove.
- Choose Delete or Unpair.
- Confirm your selection.
The camera will no longer appear when switching between connected cameras.
How many cameras can I pair?
The MaxView Pro supports up to four cameras, allowing you to monitor multiple rooms or children from a single parent unit.
Helpful Reminder
The MaxView Pro cameras require a continuous power connection and are not rechargeable or battery-powered. Always keep the camera plugged in while in use to maintain a stable connection with the parent unit.
