My Babysense V43 parent unit turns off!

My V43 monitor dies after I disconnect it from power source

    • It could be that the power adapter is not working properly and thus hasn’t charged.
    • Switch between the power adapters of the camera and parent units.
    • If that solves the issue, then the problem is with the power adapter.
    • If the issue persists, try to reset the monitor:

Note: If the battery has been wet, dropped, or damaged then this process must not be performed.

      • Please disconnect the power cords from your cameras.
      • Disconnect the parent unit from the power adapter and electrical outlet.
      • Lay the parent unit down on a flat dry surface (ensuring your hands are dry too).
      • Open the battery compartment and disconnect the battery. Remove the battery from the battery compartment and place it on a flat surface (not on the parent unit).
      • Wait 2 minutes and then reconnect the battery and close the battery compartment.
      • Reconnect the power adapters to the electrical outlet and the parent unit.
      • Power the parent unit on.
      • Ensure the power button at the back of the camera is in the ON position.
