All you want to do is turn on your Babysense split screen monitor but your parent unit is not responding...
Start by noticing if you can see any lights on the parent unit, indicating charging is happening.
Finding a clear and simple solution is all you need.
Try the following:
- Switch between the power adapters of the camera and parent units and let the parent unit charge for a while before trying to turn it back on.
- If that solved the issue, then the problem is with the power adapter.
- If the issue persists, try to reset the monitor by opening the battery compartment, disconnecting the battery sack from the connection port, waiting for 1 minute and reconnecting the battery. Please charge the monitor for a while and then try to switch it on.
- Lastly, please remove the battery as indicated above and insert the power cord and turn on the parent unit.
Please note if the parent unit turns on or not. This will help us understand the issue. This will tell you if there is a problem with your battery and not your parent unit.
Let our Babysense Support Team know if you need guidance on getting a new battery or if the above has not helped.
