One of my Babysense V43 cameras is malfunctioning!

Understanding the source of the malfunctioning will help you resolve the issue quicker.

For a general issue, try the following:

  • If you have more than 1 camera, please try to switch power adapters between the cameras to see if it’s a power issue. 
  • Please also try to switch the camera’s physical position and location within your house to test any environmental effects.
