It could be that the power adapter is not working properly and thus hasn’t charged.
- Switch between the power adapters of the camera and parent units and charge for a little while.
- Press and hold the power button for 5 seconds
- If that solves the issue, then the problem is with the power adapter.
- If the issue persists, try to reset the monitor by opening the battery compartment, disconnecting the battery sack from the connection port, wait for 2 minutes and then reconnect the battery
