It is possible and common for 2 thermometers to have slight differences in the readings, as they are not in the exact position and may be influenced by environmental factors.
- Please note that comparing the camera’s thermometer to other thermometers in the room could possibly give slightly different results. Place the camera in a place where there is good air circulation freely and not in a closed cornered area (avoid blocking ventilation).
- Sometimes, the sensor is positioned very close to the camera body and when it warms up during the operation (which is normal) it affects the correct temperature reading. It is recommended to stretch out the sensor so it is as far away from the camera body as possible.
