The image from my cameras isn't right

The picture on my monitor is blurry

There are lines or spots on the screen

  • Please clean the camera lens with a soft fluff free cloth.
  • Switch between the power adapters of the camera and parent units, to test if the camera is getting power normally.
  • If that solves the issue, then the problem is with the power adapter.
  • If the issue persists, try to reset the monitor by opening the battery compartment, disconnecting the battery sack from the connection port, wait for 2 minutes and reconnect the battery.

 

Please note that if the monitor is night vision mode, image quality may not be as sharp as in a fully lit room
