One of my cameras is malfunctioning

  • If you have more than 1 camera, please try to switch power adapters between the cameras to see if it’s a power issue. If you only have 1-camera please switch power adapters between the camera and the parent unit.
  • Please also try to switch the camera’s physical position and location within your house to test any environmental effects.
  • Please switch pairing positions on the parent unit and see if this has an effect on the issue.
