I’m not getting any sound from my cameras

  1. Please make sure the cameras are properly connected to the power source.
  2. Please make sure the volume on the parent unit is set to high (by pressing Volume Up Key)
  3. Please try to reset the monitor by opening the battery compartment, disconnecting the battery sack from the connection port, waiting for 2 minutes and reconnecting the battery.
