- This could be caused by interference with other 2.4GHz devices, such as your mobile phone, portable computer, other camera or similar devices, which are connected to your home WiFi network and are located very close to the parent or baby units. In order to avoid such interference issues, it is always recommended to keep such devices at least 5 feet away from the monitor. In most cases it is enough to move your mobile device about 8-10 inches away from the monitor and this should solve the problem.
- Another possible cause are Issues with the power adapter - in some cases, the power adapter may cause such issues. Please switch between the power adapters of the camera and parent unit.
- If you have 2 cameras and are only using one the monitor may be searching for the second camera. Please ensure that you have manually selected the camera that is connected and that the monitor is not in SCAN (Loop) Mode
